As the original owner of "Atlanta Companions," our late friend Kate took on a partner to help with the day to day operations of the business, as well as the upkeep of the site. But, this partnership was short-lived and completely dissolved 3 months prior to her passing. It was her wish to keep the business going and that I, as her friend and confidant, ensure that it continued to thrive. Since the family inherited ownership of the domain name, and because we wanted to keep the original identity of the site intact, we registered the name Atlanta Companions II.
The family has since let the original domain name expire. It was up for bid and purchased by the former partner who's claiming to be the original owner. These are the facts. And,
because of all the rumors that have been circulating, we wanted to set the story straight. While this may not satisfy all of the questions as to the "whys and wherefores", we feel that
to continue on will only create more confusion and strife. This is not what Kate would have wanted. Therefore, we have decided to remove ourselves from this situation and spare all our loyal friends the drama that comes with it.
We want to thank all of the ladies, whom Kate loved, that continued on with us when we made the transition to Atlanta Companions II. Also, we'd like to thank TER and all those who have always been loyal and believed in us. Our goal is to continue on, as Kate would have wanted, and provide the best quality of service. And, we'd like to thank those of you who continue to support us as we make yet another transition.
So, in Kate's honor, we'd like welcome you to "Companions Of Atlanta"!
